About course

The OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Education Management and Leadership is designed to develop learners’ understanding of policy, management theory, and practice in education. Course requirements

Entry onto this qualification requires prior relevant academic attainment or suitable management experience, together with minimum age and English language requirements set by OTHM.

  • An honours degree in a related subject or a UK Level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification, or mature learner status with relevant management experience approved by the delivery centre

  • Learners must be 21 years old or older at the beginning of the course and, if from a non-majority English-speaking country, provide evidence of English language competency

Assessments

Assessment is based on internally assessed coursework set and marked by approved centres and quality assured by OTHM. Learners must achieve all learning outcomes and assessment criteria for each unit to gain a pass.

Progression
