About course

The OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training Management is designed to develop learners’ understanding of policy, management theory and practice in education. Course requirements

Applicants are expected to meet OTHM entry requirements. Centres may also require evidence of English language competence where applicable.

  • A relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 4 diploma or an equivalent recognised qualification

  • Learners must be aged 18 or over at the start of the course, or be mature learners with relevant management experience

Assessments

Assessment is coursework-based and learners must demonstrate achievement of all learning outcomes and assessment criteria for each unit to achieve a pass. Assessment tasks across the qualification include portfolio work, reports, case study and coursework.
