The objective of this qualification is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required by a middle or senior manager in an organisation who may be involved in managing organisational logistics and supply chain activities. The programme combines management capability with specialist study in global logistics, international logistics, strategic procurement, project management, and supply chain planning and control.

Course requirements

For entry, learners need an appropriate prior qualification or approved management experience. Learners must be at least 18 years old, and applicants from non-majority English-speaking countries must provide evidence of English language competency.

  • Relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 5 diploma or an equivalent recognised qualification.
  • Mature learners over 21 with management experience, subject to checking with the delivery centre before registration.

Assessments

All units are assessed through coursework. Assessment is internally carried out by the centre and externally verified by OTHM, with pass decisions based on achievement of all specified learning outcomes and assessment criteria.
