Course requirements

Entry is based on the official OTHM profile for learners aged 18 and above. Centres must also ensure that learners are suitable for the course and able to meet its literacy, language, numeracy, and ICT expectations.

  • Relevant Level 3 Diploma qualification, GCE Advanced Level in 2 subjects, or equivalent qualification; mature learners over 21 with relevant management experience may also be accepted

  • Learners from non-majority English-speaking countries must provide evidence of English language competency in line with OTHM requirements

Assessments

All units in this qualification are assessed according to OTHM’s official assessment and verification arrangements. Assessment is coursework-based and achievement is awarded on a pass or fail basis.
