Course requirements

OTHM states that this qualification is designed for learners typically aged 19 and above. Applicants should meet the stated academic, skills, or experience profile and satisfy English language requirements where applicable.

  • Be 19 or older, have a minimum core of literacy, language, numeracy and ICT, and hold at least a Level 3 qualification in their own area of specialism; or be a mature learner over 21 with relevant management experience accepted by the delivery centre

  • If not from a majority English-speaking country, provide evidence of English language competency in line with OTHM requirements

Assessments

All units in this qualification are assessed and internally quality assured by the centre and externally verified by OTHM. The qualification is criterion referenced, and learners must meet all learning outcomes and assessment criteria to achieve a pass.
