Course requirements

Applicants are expected to meet OTHM's academic, professional, age, and English language expectations for entry onto this qualification.

  • A minimum of a Level 6 qualification such as the OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or an equivalent Level 6 qualification; or an honours degree (2.2) with relevant knowledge and experience in the occupational health and safety sector

  • Learners must be 21 years or older at the beginning of the course; applicants with substantial relevant professional experience may be considered case by case; learners from non-majority English-speaking countries must provide evidence of English language competency

Assessments

The qualification is assessed through coursework and learners must achieve all learning outcomes and assessment criteria for each unit to gain a pass.
